The Stroudsburg Seventh-day Adventist Elementary School is dedicated to quality Christian education for its students. Each student developing intellectually, spiritually, socially, and physically, is most important to us. We do not subscribe to the philosophy that says, “Bigger is better.” We believe that “Small is beautiful” and we capitalize on this notion by offering an ideal teacher-student ratio.
We believe in academically well-prepared teachers who understand placing academics within a Christian atmosphere. It is the teacher’s aim to inspire our students, not only in developing the basics of education, but also in the broader goal of preparing citizens for Heaven.
Each student is an important individual in our school. We want him/her to realize that fact, and we work cooperatively--teacher, student, parents, school board and church members--to make this a reality. The ultimate goal is to prepare students for effective and dedicated service for the world in which they live and even greater service for the world to come. |
