Regular attendance and promptness in meeting appointments are necessary for satisfactory schoolwork and child training. Parents can assist the teachers in the execution of the duties by cooperating with the following:
1. Parents should uphold the standards of the school. 2. Parents should make sure that their children attend school every day, arriving on time but no earlier than fifteen minutes before the opening of school, unless by special arrangement. 3. Children should be picked up immediately at the close of school. If there is to be a delay of more than fifteen minutes, arrangements must be made with the teacher at least twenty-four hours in advance. 4. Attend Home and School meetings regularly. 5. Make arrangements to visit the school. 6. Refrain from making critical remarks about the teachers before any of the students at home. 8. Observe carefully the dates listed on the school calendar for the beginning and ending vacation times. 9. Parents should recognize prompt financial responsibility to the school.
